At ArtsAisle, every artwork is thoughtfully curated or created with attention to detail. As many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, we request you to review the following policy before placing an order.
Returns & Damaged Artworks
We ensure that all artworks are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, in the rare case of damage during transit:
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the artwork is damaged during shipping
- The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Requests beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund
Once the claim is verified:
- A replacement artwork will be arranged after receiving the damaged item, or
- A refund will be processed
For minor damages:
- We may recommend a professional repair, and the cost can be reimbursed upon submission of a valid bill

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our products:
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of order confirmation, provided they have not been shipped or processed
- After 3 days, cancellations may not be possible, especially for handcrafted artworks like Tanjore paintings
Please note:
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges will be borne by the customer in case of cancellation

Custom & Made-to-Order Artworks
Custom artworks — including Tanjore paintings, Kerala murals, and personalized pieces — are created specifically for each customer.
Therefore:
- No cancellations, returns, or refunds are applicable for customized orders
- Slight variations in finish, detailing, or color are natural and part of handcrafted art
We recommend confirming all details before placing your order.
Refunds
For approved cases:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (within India)
- For international orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer to an Indian account
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days from approval
Digital Products
Any digital offerings (if applicable in the future, such as downloadable art or resources):
- Are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances
Product Availability
In rare cases where an artwork becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
- You will be informed promptly
- The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method
This may occur due to limited availability or sourcing constraints.
